Free attendance sheet templates
A generic attendance sheet is usually the wrong shape. A classroom register needs tardies; a shelter log needs a departure time that can cross midnight; a gym needs a waiver signature. These are built per setting, with the columns that setting actually uses.

Teachers
A classroom roll call has to survive contact with reality: it happens in the first two minutes of a lesson, while you're also settling thirty people, and the record it produces may end up in a funding return or a truancy conversation months later.

A studio sign-in sheet is doing two jobs at once: knowing who is in the room for capacity and safety, and having a signature on file that says the participant accepted the risk.

Church attendance covers three quite different situations under one heading: a service where the priority is welcoming visitors, a small group where the priority is continuity, and children's ministry where the priority is knowing exactly which adult may collect which child.
Shelters & Day Centres
Shelter attendance is the case that breaks most attendance tools, for one structural reason: a stay does not fit inside a calendar day. Someone who arrives at 9pm and leaves at 7am has one stay, not two days of attendance, and any system that resets at midnight reports it wrongly.

Residence hall logs exist mostly for the moment you hope never comes: a fire alarm at 3am, when someone needs a reliable list of who is in the building — including guests who aren't on any roster.
