Attendance sheets and attendee data are retained for 1 year from creation date. After this period, data is automatically and permanently deleted.
Account information is retained as long as you maintain an active account. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

Account holders: AttendPad accounts may only be created and managed by individuals aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly allow children under 16 to create accounts.
Attendees under 16: Organizations such as schools, youth groups, sports clubs, and similar bodies may use AttendPad to record attendance for individuals under 16, provided that:
- The account is created and managed by an authorized adult (aged 16 or older)
- The organization has obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent for attendance record-keeping
- Only the minimum personal data necessary for attendance purposes is collected
We recommend that organizations collecting attendance data for minors disable unnecessary fields (such as email, phone, and signature) and only collect what is required. Sheet creators can configure which fields are collected in the sheet settings.
