These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AttendPad, a digital attendance sheet service operated by AttendPad ("we," "our," or "us"). By using AttendPad, you agree to these Terms.

AttendPad provides a cloud-based digital attendance sheet platform that allows users to create attendance sheets, generate QR codes for check-ins, view attendees in real-time, and export attendance data.

4. User Responsibilities
- Lawful collection: You are solely responsible for ensuring all attendee data is collected lawfully
- Consent: You must obtain appropriate consent from attendees before collecting their personal information
- Privacy compliance: You must comply with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Appropriate use: You must use the service only for legitimate attendance purposes
You may not use AttendPad to:
- Collect data without proper consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Transmit malware or malicious code
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Resell or redistribute the service
5. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you submit to AttendPad. We do not claim ownership of your attendance sheets or attendee information.
Attendance data is retained for 1 year from creation. After this period, data is automatically and permanently deleted.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttendPad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
