Is there a free tier?
Yes! Every account gets 1 free active sheet at a time. Create unlimited draft sheets, then activate one for free. Need more active sheets? Pay $5 per sheet or subscribe for unlimited.
Should I pay per-sheet or subscribe?
Per-sheet is great for occasional events. If you host 3+ events per month, the Pro subscription offers better value with unlimited active sheets.
What's the difference between draft and active sheets?
Draft sheets are free to create and configure. When you're ready to accept check-ins, activate the sheet. Active sheets can receive attendee check-ins.
Are there any duration limits?
Sheets can run for up to 6 months. All sheets require start and end dates. Attendance data is retained for 1 year after the sheet ends.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Sheets activated via subscription will stop accepting check-ins. Per-sheet purchases and your free sheet continue to work. Renew your subscription to reactivate.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256. Hosted on Cloudflare's global network. We never sell or share your data.
